Seaquel Place is a beautiful venue that many have referred to as the hidden gem of Orlando. At our venue, clients have the opportunity to select their own vendors who can provide the following: Decorations, Catering Services, Photographers/DJ's, etc. Upon booking, clients will receive a Vendors List where they will find many reputable companies who can provide the above services and more.

Our space is easily transformable and can accommodate many different event-types. Whether you would like to host a birthday party, wedding reception, corporate event, or private social gathering, Seaquel Place is a venue that you and your guests will love.

Our event package includes:

  • 60" round tables 
  • Six-6' rectangular tables (black linens will be provided if used for food station(s))
  • 1 square (3' x 3') cake table
  • Banquet chairs
  • White tablecloths 
  • White chair covers (Spandex upgrade is available)
  • Standard set-up and tear-down of table and chairs
  • 17 LED up-lights (stage lights included) and 9 floor-to-ceiling LED columns throughout the venue coordinated to the color-theme of your event
  • A fully equipped sound system (DJ not included)
  • A stage (W-16', H-7') with crystal columns on each side
  • A bar (ice & coolers are included)
  • A dance floor 
  • Use of our prep kitchen (equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, sink, and microwave)
  • Elegant foyer area 
  • Private VIP area
  • 4 hour set-up (1pm-5pm)
  • A 5 hour event-time

We offer our clients the opportunity to rent additional items for use during the duration of their event.
