Seaquel Place is a beautiful venue that many have referred to as the hidden gem of Orlando. Unlike many venues, Seaquel Place is beautifully tiled with granite throughout and is full of crystal, dimming chandeliers and LED lights. At our venue, clients have the opportunity to select their own vendors who can provide the following: Decorations, Catering Services, Photographers/DJ's, etc. Upon booking, clients will receive a Vendors List where they will find many reputable companies who can provide the above services and more.

OUR EVENT PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 60" round tables *Fits up to 11 chairs.*
  • Four-6' rectangular tables *Black linens will be provided if used for food station(s).*
  • 2 square (3' x 3') tables with white linens

  • Set-up and break-down of table and chairs *Rearrangements to seating may be done by The Renter or a Representative of The Renter during the allotted set-up time.* 
  • 17 LED up-lights (stage lights for backdrop included) and 9 floor-to-ceiling LED columns throughout the venue coordinated to the color-theme of your event
  • 27 Dimming Chandeliers & Wall Sconces
  • A DJ booth with LED lights coordinated to the color-theme of your event and a fully equipped sound system (Smart-phone compatible) *DJ not included.*
  • A stage (W-16', H-7') with crystal columns & LED lights on each side
  • A built-in bar with quartz countertops and LED lights *Coolers & bar sink are included.*
  • A dance floor
  • Use of our prep kitchen *Equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, sink, and microwave. Cooking is not permitted on or near the premises.*
  • Elegant foyer area with lounge furniture
  • Private VIP area with lounge furniture
  • 4 hour set-up
  • A 5 hour event-time *Cut-off times vary depending on the day of the week.*
